Colonial
House located in the back of the main building,
with independent entrance; built around
the year 1870, was acquired by the Family
Villalón in the year 1909. The house
keeps the original roofs made of French
tiles, vitrales, mosaic floors, carpentry
and original furniture. The room has air
conditioning, fan and telephone; bathroom
with shower and hot water. Kitchen-dining
room totally equipped with refrigerator,
living room and study are climatized. The
balcony goes along the whole house, which
also has a back garden with tropical plants.
