The house was constructed in the decade of 50’s by the local mayor as a wedding gift for his cousin and designed by the Decane of the Faculty of Architecture of Havana. It has a front of 38 meters width, unusual in Cienfuegos city. The house have a terrace with a large garden. Rented two rooms, each one with independent bath and central water heater for all the bathrooms of the house.
